• DCM Uptown LP purchased 88-unit Uptown Crossing apartment complex at 909 Reinli St. Forrest Bass and George Deuillet of Berkadia represented the seller, 909 Reinli Partners LP.
• Trifecta Square Apartments LLC purchased the 52-unit Trifecta Square apartment complex at 8033 Gessner Drive. Forrest Bass and George Deuillet of Berkadia represented the seller, Austin Multifamily Investment Partners LLC. An unidentified investor purchased Park Place Care Center and Assisted Living at 101 and 121 FM 971 in Georgetown and Pflugerville Care Center at 521 S. Heatherwilde Blvd. in Pflugerville. The seller was Granite Investment Group of Irvine, Calif. Institutional Property Advisors, a division of Marcus & Millichap, handled the transaction.
• Encryptics LLC sub-leased 7,365 square feet at Northpoint Centre II, 6850 Austin Center Blvd. John Scoblick and Alecia Burdick of KMD Studley and Greg Sofflan of Savills Studley represented the sublessor, premier research. Matt Watson of Austin Office Space represented the tenant.
