Launched in time for the spring home-buying season, Black Knight's new SiteXPro.com website is trying to make navigating through real estate data a lot easier for those in the industry.
The Jacksonville-based real estate and mortgage technology services company has announced the release of a new platform that aggregates property data, property reports, comparables, valuations, lead generation lists and more for real estate agents, lenders, appraisers, title agents, mortgage brokers and other professionals in the real estate industry.
The data offered through SiteXPro.com is pulled from Black Knight's U.S. property database, with information on more than 580 million records of residential and commercial properties as well as county assessor, deeds, mortgage, pre-foreclosure and foreclosure sales datasets.
"For business professionals who rely on real estate information, accurate data is essential to their success," said Kevin Coop, president of Black Knight's data and analytics division. "SiteXPro.com offers these professionals the most complete and accurate property and mortgage data available in one user-friendly location to help them maximize profitability, minimize risk and increase business in today's housing market."
