Local appraiser Gary Crabtree is out with his latest real estate report and it shows the housing market slowed in November as we head into the winter months.
He says there was a decrease in the number of buyers as many people don't want to move around the holidays.
That increases the unsold home inventory, in this case, to almost 4 months.
Prices are holding relatively stable with a slight month over month increase in the median sold price to 213,000 dollars.
The average size home that sold was roughly 1700 square feet.
